Sonnyboy's Groove

Second Verse Breakdown

In this week's lesson, we'll tackle the first whole verse of Sonny Boy's Groove. This verse alternates between variations on a simple riff and rhythm chords.

The entire verse is played on the first 4 holes and most of it is on the first 3 holes! We'll be working with some bends on the 3rd hole but primarily this week's all about rhythm and tone!

This is the coolest song ever (well, one of  'em anyway). I am loving the forensic detail with what is going on with the hands and tongue. Thanks Rick!
