@Corey...thanks for feedback...It's true...Bass it's not always that loud and sometime I feel mi fingers just like they're contracted. I'm doing also some fingerpicking exercises. Some of them by myself and others that I found in a video of stefan grossman. They're very useful and as you said many time, he stresses a lot the concept that the bass has to be strong and present and after it, comes the melody...In this period I'm reviewing a lot my approach to fingerpicking..It's hard to find a balance when you change and change and changem but at the same time...it's satisfying! :)

Ciao

Alex

@MIke...sounds great.  I really like that yo play the songs slowly which really lets us hear every note.  Once you feel confident, you can speed it up just a little bit.

@Alex...your playing sounds nice here.  I would only suggest that you put a little more emphasis on the bass...in certain parts I don't hear it as loud.

Hi Alex .. you sound great!

Hi Corey ... love the tune.  Here's my video.  I'm getting the basic form down.  I want to really try and learn to brush the strings on this one.  I also like those pick-ups that you do.  They give a great energy to the tune.

Love the tune Corey.  Mississippi John Hurt has always been a favorite of mine.  He has such a centered beauty and depth in his voice and playing.  I look forward to learning this one.
