I am not sure who wrote this song, but Blind Willie Johnson and Fred McDowell both have great versions. In this video I introduce the song, bass line and melody. Even though the bass is simple, pay special attention to your rhythm and timing when playing the song. Focus on the bass first and then hum the melody while playing the bass.
