Chitlins Con Carne: This tune was written and originally recorded by the great jazz guitarist Kenny Burrell. Stevie Ray Vaughan and Junior Wells have also recorded it. It's a simple "head" without any special phrasing tricks or difficulties. I demonstrate it in the key of "F" on a Bb harp.
