Hi Friends,

We are starting a new song this week. It's a deep blues by Lowell Fulson called Lovin' you and it's Lowell at his best with soulful vocals, great guitar and full of blues subtlety. Lowell never got the credit he deserved but for my money he was one the deepest 50s blues artists. This week we start with the rhythm as always and lay down the shuffle rhythm and bass line which he often plays on guitar. Get to work on this and next week we start working on his first instrumental verse.
