In this lesson we learn the basic riff for Son House's "Preaching Blues", a song that had a profound influence on Robert Johnson and many others who heard it. You will need to tune your guitar in open E (Vastapol) and I suggest using fingerpicks. Once you learn the basic riff, just play it over and over until it becomes comfortable to you. Don't worry about singing right now we will get to that later. Enjoy.
