Great song Duke! I am really looking forward to working it. One comment, I think there may be a typo in one of the chord diagrams. In the first chord diagram of page 2, the A/C#, (demo at 13:28 in the video) should probably have the seventh fret D-string indicated (A note) with a finger dot and not the dot on the A-string (E note) as shown.
