Your style was the most melodic in the series. I really like that. Roy Buchanan is one of my favorite players, not for the acrobatics, but the melodic lines.
You have been so much help to me with this being one of my favorite songs. I have a bucket list and hope you can help me out. I am a huge Roy Buchanan fan and have been working on the R&B classic Change my mind by Tyrone Davis. Have you ever played this song? He blows through this a little too quickly for me.
Hi Duke, I have a quick question for you. In bar 11 you go to the 10th fret on the d string for an f. There's an f right under our fingers on the 15th on the d string in the same octave. Am I missing somethng? Is that just a real familiar movr for you?
I love and song and lesson. You did a really nice job putting this together.
I've been looknig for this song for years. I've been a Muddy Waters fan forever. He played it under the name Last Nite and I was never able to find it by that name. I opened one of your e-mails, heard it, and couldn't have been happier. Your lessons have such a nice human quality about them. I really like your presentation. You play every guitar under the sun. Do you have an old stinky telecaster you could blow the dust off of?
Good job, really nice. You really got a nice growl goin'!!!
