Shenandoah - Uke > Chords, Rhythm and Fingerpicking

Hello My Ukulele Playing Partners! I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that you’ll love this song and you’ll love this lesson. Shenandoah is another sea shanty and this time we’ll be in the more flowing, lyrical zone. We’ll take a look at this beautiful chord progression in the key of C which includes, in addition to the 4 and 5 chords (F and G), the Em and the Am. We’ll look at a way to play it in a strumming style and also a way to play it with some simple but totally satisfying finger picking. This is social music at it’s best so dig in and let me know how it feels to you. And…..have you found other people to play these songs with????? I’m just checking……
