Everybody Ought To Change > Slow Breakdown of Bass and Rhythm

We're re-issuing one of Corey's most popular lessons with re-mastered video and updated loop points. From Corey:

In this lesson I wanted to respond to the comments I have seen on the website.  As always, the bass is the most most fundamental part of the song and should be well established first. I demonstrate here how to slow down the song and learn the bass and rhythm first.  I also show you how to isolate certain parts of the song (transitions from one chord to another, hammer-ons on D7 chord) and focus on them to make the song sounder fuller. I have thrown in some licks that we will get deeper into next week.  Pay attention to how the song feels, to the bass and the rhythm, and listen! Good luck everyone.

Corey
